On the the right side of the page there are links where you can ask for clarifications, submit terms you'd like to see here, or look at up terms in alphabetical order.
If you would like to propose an edit, all you have to do is ask. You can also suggest ask that a term be defined or you can submit a term and its definition on your own.
Posts describing identities (e.g. gender, sexual orientation, etc.) are not definitive. This dictionary should not be used to tell someone how they should identify.

QUILTBAG

Definition

QUILTBAG is an acronym. It stands for Queer/Questioning, Undecided, Intersex, Lesbian, Transgender/Transsexual, Bisexual, Allied/Asexual, Gay/Genderqueer. It is meant to be a more inclusive term than GLBT/LGBT and to be more pronounceable (and memorable) than some of the other variations or extensions on the GLBT/LGBT abbreviation.

Usage
Queer Dictionary is meant to be a repository where terminology that’s used in the QUILTBAG community is explained.
